Process:
First of all, a house design is necessary. We offer our standard projects, or clients can offer their own design. The next stage would be discussing finishing materials, heating, fire and other technological specifications. After coordination of project and specification, our engineers prepare technological drawings for each element of the house. A panel house is completely or partially manufactured and assembled in our workshops, with interior and exterior finishing or without such. We insert windows and doors with complete interior and exterior finishing. All elements of the house are prepared for safe transportation and loading works. Usually, a 160-180 m2 house is manufactured within 2-3 weeks after coordination of order and specifications. Manufacturing a large house takes up from 3-4 weeks.
Upon delivery to construction site we guarantee fast assembling of the main constructions with exterior finishing, covering the roof with selected roof cover. Later we perform interior finishing and installation works. We assemble the house within 1-3 weeks, depending on its size, layout, and finishing materials.
